We put a lot of care and attention into our products. All our beautiful speakers are made to order, which in turn enables us to offer specialised features like a variety of woods and colour finishes to suit the needs of each individual customer. We see our work as an investment to last a lifetime.

For anyone who wishes to order directly from our website, we offer a 30-day demo period so customers can test the speakers in their own environment. In the event that they are unsatisfied wish to return a speaker, please be aware that we do charge a re-stocking fee and the buyer has to pay for the return shipment.

Access to Sound Kaos products can vary by region. We work with dealers in various countries, where they can send the product to the customer's home. Alternatively, if they provide a demo room then customers can visit and experience a speaker for themselves.

We also offer a three-year warranty for parts and labour on speakers and a two-year warranty for any electronics.
